5. Please prepare the book block well, and when you insert the book into the clamp
make sure that it is standing stable on the sarting plate and the side sheets won’t fall
between the clamp and the starting plate. As well as, to check the inside sheets are
not standing out, if it happens can cause that the sheets are falling out from the
book.
6. Choose the right cover weight to the right book block size.
It is not possible to make on the machine a30 page book with a 350gsm cover.
Our indicative suggestions as follows:
 Below 100 pages, use covers under 150 gsm
 From 100 -200 pages, use cover from 150 – 250 gsm

From 200 – 400 pages, use covers from 200 – 300 gsm
 From 400 – 500 pages, use covers from 250 – 350 gsm.
7. Importance of the air-dryer system good working condition.
The compressed air flows through a special air-dryer system to capture the water.
Ther air dryer runs on silicagel.
Once the silicagel extracts the humidity from the compressed air, it changes the
