8. Notes/warnings
The MoveControl uses bidirectional communica-
tion between the remote control and the base
station. This makes it possible to transfer infor-
mation from the base station to the remote con-
Operating status display LED, blue
• 1x flashing per second: searching for the
base station
• Permanently lit up: Connected to the base
station, system ready for operation.
Remote control battery LED, red
• Symbol not lit up: Battery voltage is in
order
• 1x per second flashing: Batteries should
be exchanged
• Permanently lit up: Batteries empty. All
driving functions are terminated.
Trailer battery LED, red
•
Symbol not lit up: Battery voltage is in
order
•
Slow flashing: Batteries should be
charged
•
1x per second, continuous flashing and
3x acoustic warning: Batteries almost
empty. Charging is essential!
•
LED permanently on and 10x acoustic
warning: Batteries deeply discharged.
The battery should be charged as soon
as possible, so that it does not get dam-
aged.
Temperature indicator LED, red
•
Symbol not lit up: Temperature of the
base station is in order
•
Symbol rapidly flashing and 5x acoustic
warning: Temperature of the base station
too high. All driving functions are switched
off. Let the base station cool down! The
system can again be switched on once
the base station has cooled down.
Overload indicator LED, red
• Symbol not lit up: Current flow through
the base station is in order
• Symbol permanently lit up and acoustic
warning: Overcurrent detection. All driving
functions are switched off. Reactivate the
system by switching the remote control
Off and On.
Radio range indicator LED, red
• Symbol not lit up: Radio range is in order
•
X1x per second flashing: Radio range
exceeded. All driving functions are
switched off. Reactivate the system by
switching the remote control Off and On.
Synchronisation must be performed in the event
of a functional fault or following the exchange of
electronic parts. Proceed as follows:
A1 Synchronisation
Switch OFF the remote control
(= press once) as required
Switch off the base station as well.
Switch ON the remote control (= press
2x)
Keep the forwards AND backwards
button pressed during the self-test. A
constant sound signal is produced and
the trailer symbol of the remote control
flashes.
Switch on the base station.
The sound signal goes off and the trail-
er symbol lights up permanently once
synchronisation has been completed.
Release the forwards and backwards
buttons. A short sound signal is pro-
duced. The base station and the remote
control are now synchronised with each
other.
The synchronisation is completed.
The remote control will switch OFF after approx.
60 seconds when no input is provided!
