ActiveScale™ OS X100 Rackless Installation Guide

6.1 Installing the System Interconnects

When unpacking the System Interconnects, perform the following steps:

1. Identify the box that has the System Interconnect label.

2. Open the box.
3. Verify the serial number on the System Interconnect matches the other rack serial numbers, and verify

that the System Interconnect number is correct.

4. As you remove parts from the box, inspect the System Interconnects for any signs of damage.

Note:

While installing the System Interconnects, remove the Management

Interconnect from the box and set it aside until the next phase.

To install the System Interconnect rail kit, do the following:
