• Durability: Up to 16 nines.
• Availability: Data is available even if one Storage Node is

unavailable and one additional drive fails.

This policy provides balance

between usable capacity,

durability, and throughput. It

provides a usable capacity of 75%

of the raw disk capacity. The

system will self-heal up to five

simultaneously failed drives.

• Large files: 20/5.
• Small files: 7/5 with a threshold of 0 to 8,388,608 bytes.

Default: 524,288.

• Average object size: 856-1199 KB depending on disk

capacity.

• Overhead: Large files: 1.33x, Small files: 4x.
• Durability: Up to 16 nines.
• Availability: Data is available even if one Storage Node is

unavailable and one additional drive fails.
