Qsan Document – User Manual

Using QVSSClient

Format the disk and assign a drive letter "S:\". This volume is a Virtual disk which comes

from Qsan storage system. Click

Start -> All Programs -> QSAN -> QVSSClient

to run the

application.

Click

Create

button. It will take a snapshot via VSS.

During Qsan VSS Hardware Provider is in operation, the volume icon will be displayed in

yellow.
