If you want to save these results, click “Export”. The Windows
“Save As” dialog appears and contains:
•
C:\Program Files\GenoM-48\Export\Report as the
default directory
• year_month_day_hours_minutes_report.csv as the
default file name (the date and time indicate when the
file was created)
Click “Save” to save the results. The saved file contains the
protocol name, the date and time of creation, and the
sample names numbered from 1 to 48.
The saved file can be opened in Microsoft Excel. An example
file appears as follows:

A dialog box also appears at the end of the protocol run, and
prompts you to sterilize the BioRobot M48. Remove the
elution tubes containing your purified nucleic acids, and do
one of the following:
• If infectious samples were processed, click “Next” to
move to the next window
