2. Click the “Select” button.
The following dialog box appears.
3. Select the size of the elution tubes for Heat/Cool Block 2
by clicking the appropriate button. For 1.4 ml tubes, click
“1.5 ml”.
Dialog fields then appear in the lower-right corner of the
window. Also, the “Next” button is activated.
4. In the “Select the number of samples” dialog field, use
the scroll arrows to select the number of samples to be
processed.
NOTE:
Only multiples of 6, from 6 up to 48, can be
selected.
5. In the “Set sample volume” dialog field, use the
drop-down arrow to select the volume per sample.
6. In the “Set elution volume” dialog field, use the
drop-down arrow to select the volume with which to elute
each purified nucleic acid sample.
7. Click “Next” to move to the next window.
