Loading Heat/Cool Block 2

If the protocol requires the use of Heat/Cool Block 2, this

window (Page 8/16) indicates the number of tubes required

and their positions.

Within the graphic of Heat/Cool Block 2, a white circle

indicates a tube is required, while a black circle indicates a

tube is not required.

NOTE:

Ensure that you use the type of elution tube that you

selected in the first window: 0.2 ml, 1.4 ml or 1.5 ml, or

2 ml. Also, ensure that the 1.5 ml or 2 ml tubes are from

Sarstedt and that the correct cooling block is installed

(see page 3-10).
