5.4.12 

Viewing the results of the protocol run 

This window (Page 13/16) appears when the protocol run 

ends. It indicates whether each sample failed or passed the 

purification process. 

 

 

 
The samples are numbered from 1 to 48 as before 

(Section 5.4.9, page 5-19). Next to each sample number is a 

dialog field containing the sample name (if entered earlier in 

the protocol). 
The samples are divided into groups of 6. Each group 

corresponds to a row of samples from the worktable. Within 

each group, there is a dialog field that shows whether the 

samples have passed or failed. If there is a failure, an error 

code indicates the type of failure (Section 7.2.3, page 7-8).
