magnetic particles may be insufficiently resuspended or

reagents may be improperly aliquoted.

NOTE:

When filling a reagent container with magnetic

particles, ensure that you fill it with the exact volume specified

by the software: this ensures that the particles are properly

resuspended during the protocol run. However, other

reagents can be overfilled.
After adding the reagents to the worktable according to the

information in this window, click “Next” to move to the next

window.

Importing and exporting a memo

In this window (Page 5/16), you have the option of writing a

memo in the text field. If you decide to sterilize the

BioRobot M48 at the end of the protocol run, this memo

appears again in the last window (Page 16/16).
