Fax operation (Various functions)

FUNCTION/ENTER

1. Press the FUNCTION key 4 times.

2. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

3. Press the FUNCTION key.

* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the

STOP/RESET key. The fax will revert to the initial mode.

4. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

5. Press the FUNCTION key until the file number

corresponding to the communication to be cancelled is
displayed.

* If the destination fax number corresponding to that

communication was entered using an abbreviated
number or one-touch key under which the destination
name was also registered, that name will be displayed.

6. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key. A Cancellation

report will be printed out.

Cancelling a communication in memory

To cancel a scheduled timer controlled transmission or reception, carry out the following
procedure.
* In order to cancel a communication which has already begun, press the STOP/RESET key

and carry out the following procedure from step 4.

* A Cancellation report will be printed out for verification of the contents of the cancelled

communication.
