9. If you wish to designate a time for the polling reception

to start, use the keypad to input the desired start time.
To start polling reception operations immediately,
proceed to step 10.

* The time should be set on a 24-hour time basis

(00:00 - 23:59).

10. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

(4) Cancelling a polling reception

To cancel a polling reception immediately after scheduling it, carry out the following procedure. If the
Continuous polling function is turned ON, polling reception will continue indefinitely until the following
procedure is performed.
* Once the polling reception is cancelled, a Cancellation report which contains information regarding

the cancelled polling reception will be printed out.

1. Press the FUNCTION key 4 times.

* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the

STOP/RESET key. The fax will revert to the initial
mode.
