operates when YC2-11 on the fan motors drive PWB goes low. If
not, replace developing fan motor 2.

Run maintenance item U037 and check if YC2-9 or YC2-11 on the
fan motors drive PWB goes low. If not, replace the fan motors
drive PWB.

Defective engine PWB.

Run maintenance item U037 and check if YC13-3 on the engine
PWB goes low. If not, replace the engine PWB.
