Enter maintenance mode.
Enter 404 using the numeric keys.
Press the start key.
Place an original on the document
processor and press the start key
to make a test copy.
Press the start key.
The new setting is stored.
Setting range (initial setting)
Left margin: 0.0 to +10.0 (+3.0)
Leading edge margin: 0.0 to +10.0 (+2.5)
Right margin: 0.0 to +10.0 (+3.0)
Trailing edge margin: 0.0 to +10.0 (+4.0)
Changing the value by 1 moves
the margin by 0.1 mm for all.
Select the item to be adjusted
on the touch panel.
Are the margins correct?
Press the interrupt key.
Yes
No
Proceed to another mode?
Press the stop/clear key.
Exit maintenance mode.
