This allows time for line echo
to settle so a clear DIS can be

and DIS Allows selection of 75 ms or
1.5 Seconds. Use 1.5 Seconds
if poor quality phone lines are

16 Protective Tone
Against the Echo
Suppresser This tone enables the telco
echo suppressers to compensate
for echo on overseas lines.
Please note that this is a
"global" setting affecting all
