CAUTION!

When one or more sections are subjected to FACTORY SETTING, all the user data they
contain will be lost irretrievably!
After  a  Factory  Setting  procedure  we  suggest  you  to  proced  with  a  configuration  of  the
board eventually installed (Utility/Board CFG section).

As the display indicates, press [ENTER] to proceed with the FACTORY SETTING or [ESC]
to abort the reset.

10.2. PANIC FUNCTION

The MC 2000 

PANIC

 function triggers emission on  all  the  MIDI  OUT ports of  a  series  of

messages  intended  to  restore  correct  operation  of  the  connected  peripherals  if  special
situations have arisen due to errors in MIDI communications with the remote devices (for
examples, notes which sound indefinitely, permanent Pitch Bender messages, etc.).
If  this  procedure  has  to  be  used,  press  the  [ ]  and  [ ]  cursor  keys  simultaneously  from
the TOP PAGE (video page with the name and number of the patch).

The  display  will  show  the  video  age  illustrated  in  point  9.3  -  Status  messages  /  Sending
Panic Messages.

Remember  that  recall  of  this  function  can  also  be  assigned  to  pressing  of  a  switch  type
pedal as explained in point 7.5.5 (System Pedal) of this manual.
