ZONE
: selection of the zone to which the Modify parameters are to apply (from A to H).
•
PORT
: output port assigned to the zone. Remember that:
-
If no boards are installed, the possible values will be 1 (OUT1), 2 (OUT2), 3 (OUT3),
4 (OUT4).

If boards are installed (regardless of whether or not they are recognized) the
possible values are: INT (internal MIDI OUT port, dedicated to the board), 1(OUT1),
2(OUT2), 3(OUT3), 4(OUT4).

PORT NAME
display field (on the right of the PORT field), which will display the name
of the MIDI port which can be set in the Utility section. This field cannot be selected
and is only visible when the PORT field is selected.
•
STATUS
: Selection of the activation status of the zone. The possible values for the
status field are:
-
ON = Selected zone ACTIVE, when the patch is recalled (relative LED on the zones
keys constantly on).

STB = Zone in STAND-BY status: when the patch is recalled the patch is preset but
does not transmit note messages (relative LED on the zones keys flashing).
-
OFF = Zone DEACTIVATED (key LED off).

CHANNEL
: selection of the MIDI transmission channel from 1 to 16.
5.3. ZONE DEFINITION
This section is accessed from the Edit Menu by pressing the relative function key [F2] or
selecting the
ZONE DEF.
