After changing a saw blade, always check that the

4. Plaats een liniaal tegen het zaagblad en het spouwmes. Als de uitlijning juist is, zal het spouwmes zich in de
uitlijningszone bevinden, zoals getoond op figuur 16, en parallel met het zaagblad zijn.
OPMERKING
Controleer altijd na het vervangen van het zaagblad, dat het spouwmes of de
zaagbladbescherming correct ingesteld is�
1. Spouwmessen moeten gemaakt zijn van staal met een maximale treksterkte van 580 N/mm² of gelijkaardig materiaal,
vlakke kanten hebben (binnen de grens van 0,1 mm per 100 mm) en een dikte die kleiner is dan de snijbreedte
(insnijding) en groter van minstens 0,2 mm dan deze van het zaagblad (figuur 17).
2. De afstand tussen het spouwmes en het tandwiel moet tussen 3 en 8 mm liggen, gemeten door het midden van de zaagas
(figuur 18).
3. Het hoogste punt van het spouwmes moet onder de boventanden ingesteld worden.
Afzuigsysteem
OPMERKING
De gebruiker moet een stofafzuigsysteem installeren�
De stofzuiger moet voor het begin van de bewerking ingeschakeld worden�
De uitlaatdiameter is 100 mm (figuur 19).
De luchtstroomsnelheid is 20 m/s voor de zuigstofemissie. Wanneer de luchtstroomsnelheid van de stofzuiger(conform
EN 12779:2004) niet lager is dan 20 m/s, zorg ervoor dat de machine normaal afgezogen kan worden.
1. Vereist luchtdebiet: 800 m³/h.
2. Zorg voor het drukverlies van elke stofzuiger die de luchtstroomsnelheid draagt: 1100 Pa.
3. Droge spanen: 20 m/s
4. Vochtige spanen: 28 m/s (watergehalte gelijk aan 18%)
