12. Attach protective tube (inner tube) with a hose clip to the bearing collar

of the drive

. Then slider upper protective tube (outer tube) over

adapter on bevel gear

. Secure upper protective tube with hose clip

both at top end and at transition to bottom protective tube

.

NOTICE

Damage to the on-load tap-changer!

Damage to the on-load tap-changer due to incorrect alignment of the upper
gear unit!
► Only align the upper gear unit if the pressure segments are loosened.
► Never turn upper gear unit directly around its own axis to align it.
► Only align the upper gear unit by turning the drive shaft of the upper

gear unit.

► After aligning the pressure segment screws, tighten to 15 Nm.
