(2) Re-starting by changing the speed again.
(3) However, if the "[Rq.1040] Stop command (
R: n/Q: M2001+n
)" turns off by turning on the
"[Rq.1140] Stop command (
R: 32n/Q: M3200+20n
)", re-starting is not possible even if make a speed
change again.
