Workstation 4 and 4 LX Field Service Guide

Remove and Replace the WS4 and WS4 LX FRUs
Remove and Replace the Power Supply

3. Inspect the power supply tray. Remove any foreign materials.

4. Install the replacement power supply board, install and fasten four screws. A

magnetized screwdriver is a must for this procedure.

5. Install the AC input cable connector and ground lug at the rear of the power

supply board.

6. Install the system board power cable.

7. See page 6-26 to re-install the RF Shield and Top Cover.
