Round Baler

Collector assembly chain drive tension (Z589-3 only):

•

Loosen the bolts

and remove the guard.

•

Loosen the bolts

and the counternut

•

Loosen or tighten the adjustment screw

to set the proper chain tension.

•

Once finished readjusting, retighten the counternut

and the bolts

•

Reinstall the guard and retighten the bolts

Collector assembly chain drive tension (Z589-2 only):

•

Loosen the bolts

and remove the guard.

•

Loosen the 3 bolts

and use a hammer to adjust the chain tension by slightly tapping the tensioner downward.

•

Retighten the 3 bolts

when finished.

•

Reinstall the guard and retighten the bolts
