Round Baler

9.8.3 PICKUP PRONG REPLACEMENT

CAUTION ! When you need to replace the pickup prongs installed on the
pickup frame:

•

Stop the tractor, remove the ignition key and wait until all machine
parts stop completely.

•

Turn off the control system.

Loosen the 4 bolts

(the 2 top and the 2 bottom)

which fasten the clamp

of the prong to be replaced.

Remove the clamp so that the bolt

heads pass the

clamp holes.

Remove the bolt

remove the prong

and the

respective plate

Replace the prong

with an identical new one. Fasten

the prong with the plate

and the bolt

Reinstall the clamp

, by mounting and pressing it on

the bolts

Retighten the 4 bolts

to 15 Nm.
