Creating Schedules
The Scan Status Report is dynamically generated and appears on the
Scan Results page (
Figure 4-10
). For example:

The report includes various counts for alerts and warnings. The
virus-scan status for each machine is shown as a single word—OK,
Warning, or Alert—and its corresponding line in the report is colored for
further effect. For example, machines that have had any virus alerts may
appear in red.
You can right-click in the report area and print the report or save it as an
.RTF file to edit the contents with Microsoft Word.
3. To change the color or the font for the different types of lines, right-click
on the Scan Result

page, and click
Format
.
NOTE:
Prior to printing reports, you can change the appearance of
the Properties, Scan Results, Installation Log, and Scan Report
pages
by changing the typeface and size in the font bar, as well as by
clicking
for additional formatting options.
