Close Printer

The printer is open. Close the printer to clear the message.

Communication Error

The printer cannot communicate with the request destination. Try one
or more of the following:

• Make sure your printer in the computer and computer are each

connected to the Internet through an Ethernet or wireless
connection.

• Make sure your printer is securely connected to the host computer,

printer server, or other network access point.

• Touch

to clear the message.

Default E-mail Message

Try one or more of the following:

• Touch

Yes

to set the message you entered as the default e-mail

message for the printer.

• Touch

to keep the new message for the current job only.
