Generally poor image quality

Recalibrate the unit.

Check condition of the power feed by following

trouble shooting guide 7.6.3.6 for 3D imaging not

working.

Follow instructions in guide 7.6.4.1 to localize mal-

functioning component. Replace components one

by one and take 3D images of a suitable phantom.

functioning item. Replace components one by one

Redo collimator calibration and pixel calibration.

PAN sensor is not recognized

•

Check that the sensor is attached properly to the X-

ray unit and that the locking lever is in its lowest po-

sition.

•

Check condition of the power feed by following the

trouble shooting guide 7.6.3.5 for Panorama imag-

ing not working.

•

Bypass the installed LVDS data cable by using a

separate jumper cable and connect it between

R3220 and the PAN sensor (J3205



ribbon con-

nector). Reboot the X-ray unit.

If OK replace EG400.

If PAN sensor is recognized, replace one by one

following components.



Original data cable between R3220 and

EC100.


