Actors list
Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)
In this section you can select an actor that
appears in the actors list (using the cursor
(

) buttons). By pressing the

but-
ton, you can then search through all the
available data for programmes in which this
person appears. If there are programmes
available where the name of this person
appears in the information data, a list of
relevant programmes will be displayed by
the receiver.
To fi nd a speci fi c actor more quickly, you
can enter their name using the number pad
and its alphanumeric assignments. Alpha-
numeric characters are input as described
in “Operating instructions”, “Alphanumeric
entries”. Only persons will appear whose
name includes the characters you have
entered (see screenshot on the right).
You can also select your favourite actors
using the cursor (

) buttons, providing
their names are in the list and then press
the

button to con fi rm their inclusion in
the “My hints” section.
If programmes are available for your hints
(categories), this will in future be indicated
by an asterisk when you open the EPG.
Each time the EPG is updated, the pro-
grammes for the picks you created will be
updated automatically.
