Main Menu - Interfaces

  HDD Management

After calling up the menu, you will see the 
following on-screen display (example):

During formatting, all 
data will be deleted in 
the relevant directory. 

Deleted data cannot be restored - it 
is irrevocably deleted!

If you select “On”, when recording an encrypted channel, unencrypted viewing of other encrypted channels 
of the selected transponder is possible at the same time with the CA module used. The number of other 
encrypted channels you can view depends on the CA module you are using.

You can choose between the settings “On” and “Off”. With “On”, programmes recorded with encryption will 
be automatically decrypted by the receiver in standby mode. For this, it is essential that the CA module with 
a smart card is located in the common interface of the receiver. Manual selection for decryption in standby 
via the recording archive (My Recordings) is then not required.
