Step 1:

Mix sugar, butter, lecithin and salt for

ca. 1 min. at slow speed

Step 2:

Add egg yolk, egg, flavors and mix at slow speed

for 0.5 min. and at high speed for 0.5 min.

Step 3:

Add starch and mix slowly for ca. 1 min.

Step 4:

Add flour and mix for 3 min.

Step 5:

Store dough in cool place

Step 6:

Knead well before further processing

Note: Times may vary depending on the amount of dough/ volume of the kneading vessel.
