MAIN COMPONENTS OF SPRAYER
CLEAN WATER TANK
With the purpose of maintaining the sprayer and discarding chemical containers with
safety, the Advance 3000 has a 52.83-gallons clean water tank that allows to clean the
sprayer chemical circuit and the chemical containers. The chemical container rising occurs
through a rinse nozzle mounted inside the chemicals mixer.
- To use the water from this tank, set the bypass valve (A) turned to the clean water
tank (B).
- Engage the tractor's PTO and keep the chemicals control setting to turn on the flow
to the nozzles.
- Attention to this operation because the tank will be drained in approximately 2
minutes and the lack of water in the pump can cause damage to its components.
-
Then set the bypass valve back, leaving it turned to the main tank (C), since this
is the position used to spray.
ATTENTION:
The water from this tank is not fit for drinking, or even washing hands, faces, tools, etc.
It must be used only to clean the chemical circuit and to fill the chemical containers
for the final rinse.
