Sets the minimum value (absolute value) of SWEEP range of STEP
GENERATOR.
The setting range and setting resolution depend on STEP range.
- Setting range: 10 times of STEP range
- Setting resolution: 1/100 of STEP range

Sets the maximum value (absolute value) of SWEEP range of STEP
GENERATOR.
The setting range and setting resolution depend on STEP range.

Sets the SWEEP resolution of STEP GENERATOR. If this option is
used for operation, the resolution in this setting is used for SWEEP.
