Curve Tracer CS-3000 Series Instruction Manual

(8) Press CONFIGURATION key.
(9) Press F3 key and set to Collector/Short/Common.

(10) Press CLEAR key.
(11) Set VERTICAL to 2.00 mA/div and COLLECTOR.

Make proper setting for measurement condition I

in accordance with the performance table.
