OEM frost while capturing fingers during local
enrollment
In some very rare case, the local enrollment process may be frost while capturing
fingers. The touchscreen does not react anymore when the user click on the screen and
the biometric sensor is not responding when a hand is swipe inside.
To recover the system, please shut down power supply of the MorphoWave and restart
the unit. The applicant will have to be re-enrolled because the previous acquisition was
not stored in the device’s database.
The terminal IP address is unknown or it is not possible to connect
to the terminal
Use terminal interface to configure a valid set of network parameters in your terminal.
The sensor is switched off
Check that the database contains at least one record.
Check that the identification mode is enabled.
The terminal returns erratic responses to Ping commands
Check the subnet mask.
Ask the network administrator for the correct value.
Check that each device connected to the network has a different IP address.
