MorphoWave
TM
OEM displays sensor error message
Following screen may appear if a connection issue is encountered between the PC and
the MorphoWave
TM
Desktop:
Please follow these steps to recover the system:

Check the USB 3.0 connection between the MorphoWave
TM
Desktop and
the PC. The cable has to be plugged on a USB 3.0 port (blue socket inside).

Check PC is properly working and check power supply connections.

If these steps do not solve the issue, please call the support.

OEM displays sensor power error message
Following screen may appear if a power issue is on the MorphoWave Desktop:
Please follow these steps to recover the system:

Check the power supply is connected on the MorphoWave
TM
Desktop.

Check if the green LED on the power adaptor indicates that it works.
-
Restart the MorphoWave
TM
OEM.
-
If the message is displayed again after restart, please request to change the
power supply unit.
-
Once the power supply unit is changed, restart the entire system to recover
a working MorphoWave
TM
.

If these steps do not solve the issue, please call the support.
