Select ON for Error log button.

Select in Debug Level menu the
Trace level.

Validate  your  choice  and  in  the
administration  menu  select  reboot
button.  A  reboot  is  required  to
activate all logs.

Logs retrieval on MorphoAccess Sigma Wave and PC:

To retrieve logs on MorphoAccess Sigma Wave, please use
MorphoBioToolBox software.

To retrieve logs on PC, log in windows and then go in C:\Program Files
(x86)\Morpho\FOTF\FOTF Server\Logs.

Send to IDEMIA all files contained in this folded to ensure debug and a quick
solution.
