Cleaning of the Control Cylinder

The control cylinder monitors the water level. When cleaning
the steam cylinder the control cylinder should also be cleaned.
Therefore:

»

Loosen the four top screws that interconnect floating
switch (27 or alternatively 43) and control cylinder
housing (29).

»

Pull out floating switch (27 or alternatively 43) and clean
it carefully.

»

Take off sealing (28) and clean it.

Note:

The rod assembly may not be lubricated.

»

Clean the sealing surface of the control cylinder
housing (28).

»

For installation mount the a.m. components in reverse
order.
