Electrical Installation

Warning, Hazardous Voltage!

All work related to electrical

installation should be performed by authorized personnel only
(electricians or professionals with equivalent training). The cus-
tomer is responsible for checking qualifications.

Warning, Hazardous Voltage!

Do not connect the steam

humidifier to the power grid until after all installation work has
been completed. Please obey all local regulations concerning
electrical installation.

Warning:

The electronic components of the humidifier control

are very sensitive to electrostatic discharges. In order to safe-
guard these components during installation and servicing, steps
must be taken to protect against ESD.

Warning:

For installation and maintenance, note the following

:

•

Disconnect power supply prior to installation and secure
against restart.

•

Verify the absence of electric current.

•

Electrical connector cables must be wired by qualified per-
sonnel.

•

Install electrical connections as specified in the wiring
diagrams.

•

For units with power ratings over 33 kW, only a permanent
connection to a permanent installation is permitted
(observe European Directives shown in chapter „EC Dec-
laration of Conformity“).

•

Ensure that all terminals have been tightened.

•

We recommend to install a fault current circuit breaker.
