If the telepresence system is shipped with the TC320 or TC330 camera, the camera settings can be
imported or exported as well. The administrator cannot perform import tasks.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the Telepresence System Manager as the super administrator.
Step 2
Click
Device Control
to display the device topology.
Step 3
Click the
Import
or
Export
tab.
Step 4
Select the content to be imported or exported.
Step 5
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the import or export.
Importing: From the displayed dialog box, select the configuration file to be imported
and click
Import
. The name of the file to be imported must be
config.xml
or
config
.
Exporting: Click
Save
, select the path where the configuration file is to be saved, and
click
Save
.

10.9 Importing and Exporting Mapping Table Files
Context
The camera mapping table is used to adjust the relative coordinates of the three images
captured by the camera lenses. Using the Telepresence System Manager, the super
administrator can import and export the mapping table files.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the Telepresence System Manager as the super administrator.
Step 2
Click
Device Control
.
Step 3
In the displayed device topology, click the
Import Mapping Table
or
Export Mapping
Table
tab.
The exported mapping table files for the left, center, and right cameras are named
C0.MAP
,
C1.MAP
,
and
C2.MAP
respectively.
Step 4
Select the content to be imported or exported.
Step 5
Complete the import or export as prompted.
Import: In the displayed dialog box, select the mapping table file to be imported and
click
Import
.
After you import the mapping table file, connect the computer where the Camera Tuning Tool (CTT) is
installed to the telepresence host. On the CTT user interface, select the
Set and Save Map Table
to
enable the mapping table.
Export: Click
Save
, select the save path of the mapping table file, and click
Save
.
