8.16 Deleting a Site
Context
Using the
Delete Site
function, the chair site can disconnect a site from the conference and
remove the site from the conference control screen.
The chair site cannot be deleted.
Procedure
Step 1
Tap the site in the site list.
Step 2

In the displayed dialog box, click
OK
.

8.17 Adding a Site
Context
The chair site can add sites not on the conference control screen from the contacts list or
keypad to the conference using the
Add Site
function.
Procedure
Step 1
Tap
more
from the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2
Tap
Add Site
to display the contacts screen.
Step 3
Select the sites to be added to the conference.
From the
Sites
,
Local Groups
,
LDAP Sites
, or
eSpace
tab page, select the desired sites,
local groups, LDAP sites, or eSpace numbers.
From the
Video Call
tab page, enter the IP address or, if the called party has been
registered with the same gatekeeper (GK) as the codec, the site number of the site to be
called.
Tap
to display the full alphanumeric keypad. From this keypad, you can enter the IP address,
site number, or URI of the site you wish to call.
