6.4 Viewing Presentations

Context

Presentations are displayed on tabletop displays by default, but can also be displayed on the
HD displays. You can view presentations in different ways depending on the system status:



When the telepresence system is not in a conference, you can view local presentations
and the procedure for viewing local presentations is the same as the procedure for
sharing a presentation during a conference. See

8.9 Sharing Presentations

.



When the telepresence system is in a conference, you can view presentations shared by
remote sites.

After sending or receiving a presentation, you can configure the HD displays to show the
presentation or conference video. By default, the presentation is displayed on the tabletop
displays.

Procedure

Step 1

Tap

below one of the simulated HD displays in the HD displays area on the touch

panel conference control screen.

When

is displayed in the HD displays area, the presentation is displayed on the HD

displays.

Step 2

Tap

to display the conference video on the HD displays.

If the touch-sensitive buttons are used to control the tabletop displays, the touch-sensitive buttons are lit

and you can view the presentation on the center HD display after you tap
