Power-On Commissioning

This topic describes the power-on commissioning of the NetCol8000-A, including

the commissioning preparations, partially filling in refrigerant, system

commissioning, and check after the commissioning.

4.1 Commissioning Preparations

Before the system commissioning, check that:
1. The indoor fan is lowered properly. There is no foreign matter in the air vents.

The cover plate of the flow deflecting ring on the indoor fan is installed

properly and is not deformed. And the indoor fan and the flow deflecting ring

are work without interference.

2. The water inlet and outlet pipes of the infrared humidifier and the condensate

drainpipes are unblocked and free of leakage.

3. The protective device for the infrared humidifier is removed, and the fastener

of the high water level detection switch is removed. The supply water valve is

open.

4. The input voltage and frequency of the main power supply are within the

nominal range and the phase sequence is correct.

5. The signal cables to the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are correctly

connected as specified in

3.6.3 Connecting the Power Cable to the Indoor

Unit

and

3.6.5 Connecting Signal Cables

6. Ensure that the refrigerant pipes have passed the air tightness test and do not

leak.

4.2 Vacuumization and Partially Charging in
