4 Preparations for Power-On Commissioning

If the cooling system will not be immediately put into use, shut down the chiller water pumps.
Step 10
Wait until the static water pressure reaches 0.15 MPa, and shut down the auxiliary water refill
devices.
Step 11
Close doors for the Cooling Container PDC and all electric control boxes of the chillers.
If the cooling system is put into use as soon as the air is completely expelled, wait until the running of
the cooling system becomes stable and close doors for the Cooling Container PDC and all electric
control boxes.
Step 12
Reinstall the side sealing panels for the chillers.

4.5.8 Switching Valves to the Operating State
Prerequisites
You are familiar with the functions and control relationships of the valves in the cooling
system.
Preparations
Tools: ESD floor suction plate
Documents: pipe system diagram, pipe system valve control relationship table
Skill requirement: cooling engineer
For the diagrams and tables, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.
Procedure
Step 1
Switch valves inside and outside the Cooling Container to the operating state. For details, see
the pipe system diagram and pipe system valve control relationship table.
A two-way valve is closed if its handle is perpendicular to the pipe, and is open if its handle is
parallel with the pipe.
Step 2
Open the raised floor under the Power and Equipment Containers using an ESD floor suction
plate.
Step 3
Switch valves inside the Power and Equipment Containers to the operating state. For details,
see the pipe system diagram and pipe system valve control relationship table.
Step 4
Reinstall raised floors in the Power Container and Equipment Container.
