4 Preparations for Power-On Commissioning

Procedure
Step 1
Switch valves inside and outside the Cooling Container to the secondary refrigerant filling
state. For details, see the pipe system diagram and pipe system valve control relationship
table.
A two-way valve is closed if its handle is perpendicular to the pipe, and is open if its handle is
parallel with the pipe.
Step 2
Open the raised floor under the Power and Equipment Containers using an ESD floor suction
plate.
Step 3
Switch valves inside the Power and Equipment Containers to the secondary refrigerant filling
state. For details, see the pipe system diagram and pipe system valve control relationship
table.
Step 4
Reinstall raised floors in the Power Container and Equipment Container.

4.5.6 Filling Secondary Refrigerant
Prerequisites
The automatic water refill valves and safety valves have been set as required.
The valves in the cooling system have been switched to the status for filling secondary
refrigerant.

Procedure
Step 1
Start the auxiliary water refill devices to fill secondary refrigerant to the system.
Step 2
Open the automatic exhaust valves on the top of the chilled water tank.
