4 Preparations for Power-On Commissioning

Closing the overhaul valve for the automatic water refill valve 

 

 

Step 2

 

Start the auxiliary water refill device to supply water to the automatic water refill valve, and 
check whether the value displayed on the barometer of the automatic water refill valve is 0.15 
MPa. 

 

If the pressure reading is 0.15 MPa, open the service valve for the automatic water refill 
valve. 

 

If the pressure reading is not 0.15 MPa, go to 

Step 3

 to reset the pressure for the 

automatic water refill valve. 

Step 3

 

Loosen the lock nut, and rotate the adjustment bolt counterclockwise to fully loosen it, as 
shown in 

Figure 4-3

. Slowly rotate the adjustment bolt clockwise until the pressure reads 0.15 

MPa. Then tighten the lock nut.
