Hardware Options Installation

Removing the Bezel

To remove the bezel:

CAUTION:

To prevent damage to equipment or loss of data, be sure that the server

is powered down, all cables are disconnected from the back of the server, and the
power cord is disconnected from the grounded (earthed) AC outlet before removing
the bezel.

1.

Follow the steps in “Powering Down the Server” earlier in this chapter.

2.

If necessary, unlock the bezel using the included key (1).

3.

Open the bezel fully to the right (2).
