Overview of Server Installation

System Configuration Switch Setting

Switch 3 on the system configuration switch is the rack configuration switch. This
will be pre-set at the factory to the

position for rack model servers and does not

require any action at the install site. Figure 2-3 shows the system configuration
switch setting with the factory pre-set positions.
