may be cut 

The raw bar is too short to contain 
all the parts in the cutting file. Use a 
longer bar or a different data file.

Plasma unit not ready. 

Turn on the plasma unit. Wait until it 
is ready before continuing.

Robot spline not running while cutting. 

Make a note of the error and events 
leading up to it and call HGG.

Check if the infeed track sensor is 
still working.
