Video Panel
For a JPEG-XS Decoder Channel:
The video output is automatically aligned to PTP using a frame buffer. The output source is
timestamped as a new source. When enabling minimum delay, the output is not aligned to
PTP; only network tolerance will affect processing delay. The processing delay will vary
based on the video format and the compression ratio.
For each processing channel, you can adjust the timing relative to the reference. Use the
slider or type a value into the data box on the left of the slider. Metadata and audio streams
will match the video delay set below.

Processing delay will be affected by compression ratio and network tolerance. However,
when minimum delay is OFF (Output is aligned to PTP) processing delay will also change
based on incoming timing and output timing settings. Here is a guide for the processing
delay with network tolerance of 5 and compression ratio 10:1, in minimum delay mode.

Set the IP address and UDP port number of the outgoing stream. IP address
0.0.0.0 disables a sender. The default UDP port values are 10000.
Address & UDP port can also be managed by external NMOS control. See
NMOS Panel , on page 271.

bootup. This window does not refresh automatically; you need to close and
re-open the window to see an update.
