UDC2 Tab
This tab allows you to configure the destination media’s video format, audio channels, and
the SMPTE ST 2110 output stream’s IP addresses and port numbers for the second
processing channel ( UDC2 ).
The UDC2 processing channel can:
• Send a single up / down conversion SMPTE 2110-20 video stream (
Video
). When
Video
in the UDC2 processing channel has been configured to provide an HD output video
stream format, it allows you to use the optional HD Monitoring output available on the
UDC1 processing channel ( Video 2 (Monitoring) ). See Table 1 – Selecting the
resolution and number of video streams to remain within the XIP - 3901 - UDC - IP’s output
network bandwidth capacity , on page 130 for more information.
• Send full ancillary space on one SMPTE 2110-40 metadata stream (

• Audio 1 can send up to 64 processed audio channels.
• Audio 2 to 4 can send up to 64 audio channels, but only audio channels 1 to 16 are
processed audio channels. Audio channels 17 to 64 will contain silence.
Statuses confirm that the RTP stream is successfully streaming.
SDP File Click to show the last SDP file transmitted through NMOS since the last bootup. This window
does not refresh automatically; you need to close and re-open the window to see an update.
If the card has never received an SDP file since its last bootup, the window will be empty.
