Method of Preparation:
"Step 1: Take oil in a oven safe bowl, add flour, chicken, garlic, stir and select category, enter weight, press start.
Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove and add potatoes, carrot, turnip, french beans, cauliflower, onions, bay
leaf, parsley, celery, water, thyme, and pepper corns, salt. Stir all ingredients and press start. Serve hot."
